Please talk with your son or daughter and help them coordinate their team registration. Here is what you will need to know before registering your team:
1. Team name (prizes will be awarded to the most creative team name)
2. Names of 3 to 5 players on your team (4 players per team is recommended)
3. $100 per team donation payable online

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO PLAY
Glastonbury residents in grades 3 -12; boys and girls; and all GBA eligible players (grade 2 & CREC students) can register for the G’bury Kids for Kids basketball tournament to raise money to help children.

CREATE YOUR OWN TEAM
Gather your friends and classmates and create your own team. Teams are required to have 3 to 5 players. No more than 2 travel or high school players are allowed per team. Teams will compete at the grade division of the player in the highest grade on that team. Teams will be bracketed according to their age and gender.
REGISTRATION FEE PER TEAM (DONATION)
Registration is $100 per team. 100% of proceeds will be donated to children-focused charities; to learn more visit our Charities We Support webpage.
RULES
Each game is 25 minutes, played half court, with one referee. The referees for the tournament will be volunteers ages 16 and up. The referees are responsible for keeping score, calling fouls, ensuring fair play, and monitoring equal playing time for each team. All games will follow the national 3-on-3 basketball rules.

UNIFORMS / TEAM JERSEYS
Each team is responsible for their team name and uniform. Be creative and have fun! Prizes will be given for best uniform.
VOLUNTEER TO HELP
Even if you do not want to play, volunteers are needed, such as referees, tee-shirt sales, time keepers, concessions, and more. Come join in the fun and volunteer by contacting Glastonbury Basketball Association at gbahoops.org
